The San Angelo Outlaws were a minor professional team in San Angelo, Texas. They played in the Western Professional Hockey League from 1997-98 through 2000-01, when the league merged into the Central Hockey League. They then played in the 2001-02 season.

The Outlaws team logo was designed by Valentine Design of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

They then changed their name to the San Angelo Saints.

They played their home games in the San Angelo Coliseum.

The Outlaws' best season was 1998-99 when they finished in second place in the Western Division and then lost the final.
