Sam Fields (born August 31, 1976) is a Jewish-American ice hockey player who played professionally from 1996 to 2001.
Fields, a defenseman, started his junior career in 1994 with Green Bay Gamblers of the USHL before turning professional in 1996 with the Nashville Nighthawks of the Central Hockey League (CHL). Fields went on to play five seasons of professional hockey, skating with several teams, and eventually finishing up his career with the 2000–01 Phoenix Mustangs of the West Coast Hockey League.[1]
