Sébastien Centomo (born March 26, 1981 in Laval, Quebec) was a professional ice hockey player who played for the Muskegon Lumberjacks of the International Hockey League. He played one game in the NHL with the Toronto Maple Leafs during the 2001-02 season.
He played junior hockey for the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies from 1998 to 2001. Undrafted by the NHL, Centomo was signed as a free agent by the Toronto Maple Leafs in 2001.
He turned pro with the Memphis RiverKings and the St. John's Maple Leafs in 2001-02 and was called up by the Leafs to replace the injured Curtis Joseph for one game that season. He then spent three more seasons with St. John's.
In 2004 Centomo was signed as a free agent by the Calgary Flames but did not make it back to the NHL. He played in the minors until 2010.
