Ryan Tobler (born May 13, 1976) is a Canadian professional ice hockey winger currently playing for the Colorado Eagles of the Central Hockey League. He played four games in the National Hockey League with the Tampa Bay Lightning during the 2001–02 season, going scoreless.

He played junior hockey for the Saskatoon Blades, Calgary Hitmen, Swift Current Broncos, and the Moose Jaw Warriors. Tobler was not drafted by an NHL team. In 1997-98 Tobler turned pro with the Lake Charles Ice Pirates and won Rookie of the Year of the Western Professional Hockey League.

The Nashville Predators signed him as a free agent in 2000 and traded him to the New York Rangers in 2001. But Tobler did not see any NHL action until the Tampa Bay Lightning signed him in 2001.

After that, he spent all of his time in the minor pros, mostly with the Colorado Eagles.
