Ryan Lannon (born December 14, 1982) is an American professional ice hockey defenseman. He was drafted out of Harvard University in the eighth round, 239th overall, by the Pittsburgh Penguins in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft.

He turned pro with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in 2005-06 and played for them for three years and then he joined the San Antonio Rampage in 2008-09. In 2009 he signed as a free agent with the Minnesota Wild and played in 2009-10 with the Houston Aeros.
