The University of Saskatchewan Rutherford Arena is a hockey rink constructed in 1929, with its official opening in January, 1930.[1] The rink is used by the Saskatchewan Huskies hockey team.
Construction work began in the spring of 2017 on a replacement arena with two sheets of ice to be known as the Merlis Belsher Place. The facility is scheduled to be ready in October of 2018.
