The Rouyn Flashes (in French Rouyn Eclairs) were an intermediate and senior team in Rouyn, Quebec.

Despite the team being in Quebec they played in the Northern Ontario Hockey Association because that area was closer to Rouyn than the rest of the cities in Quebec.

The team won the regional titles in 1948-49 and 1949-50, In each season they advanced to the Eastern Canada Intermediate playoffs. They ended up losing the final in both 1948-49 and 1949-50.

The Flashes turned senior in 1952-53. The increased salaries and travel expenses were too much for the team and it reverted to intermediate the following season.

From 1953 to 1958 the Flashes played in the Northwest Quebec League.

A later senior incarnation of the team played in the 1962-63 Northern Ontario Senior Playoffs and the 1964-65 Northern Ontario Senior Playoffs.
