Rostislav Olesz (born October 10, 1985 in Bílovec, Czechoslovakia) is a professional ice hockey left winger who currently plays for the Florida Panthers of the NHL.

Olesz was drafted in the 1st round, 7th overall by the Florida Panthers in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft.
