Ross Mauermann is an American ice hockey player. He was born in Janesville, Wisconsin. He played junior hockey with his hometown Janesville Jets of the North American Hockey League for the 2009-10 and 2010-11 seasons. He would then play collegiate hockey with the Providence Friars men's ice hockey team from 2011-12 to 2014-15. He would be named to the Hockey East All-Rookie team in 2011-12 and be named Hockey East Best Defensive Forward and receive the Len Ceglarski Award for Individual Sportsmanship during the Friars first ever national championship season. He would play one season with the Springfield Falcons of the American Hockey League in 2015-16. He would join the Fischtown Pinguins for the 2016-17 season. He remains with the Pinguins as of the 2024-25 season.
