Ron Ashton (born May 8, 1954 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan) is a former left winger. He played 36 games for the Winnipeg Jets of the World Hockey Association in 1974-75 and scored a goal and three assists.
The Minnesota North Stars chose him 78th overall in the 1974 NHL Amateur Draft while the Winnipeg Jets picked him 27th overall in the 1974 WHA Amateur Draft.
