Roland David Boutin (born November 6, 1957 in Westlock, Alberta) is a retired Canadian ice hockey goaltender who played 22 games for the Washington Capitals. He was selected 111th overall by the Capitals in the 1977 NHL Entry Draft.

He played junior for the Prince Albert Raiders, Swift Current Broncos, and the Lethbridge Broncos from 1973 to 1977. Boutin turned pro in 1977-78 with the Port Huron Flags.

In 1978-79 he played in two games for the Capitals. He got his big chance in 1979-80, when the Capitals were looking for a number one goalie. But he failed to impress in 18 games, posting a 3.50 goals against average. The next season he only played in two more NHL games.

Boutin played three more seasons in the minors and retired in 1984.
