Roland Edmond "Tubby" Paulhus (born September 1, 1902, date of death unknown) was a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who played 33 games in the National Hockey League for the Montreal Canadiens. He was born in Sorel, Quebec.

He was signed as a free agent by the Canadiens in 1925 and played there for one season, playing 33 games with no points.

The following season Paulhus joined the Providence Reds where he played for four years. He played another two years of minor pro and retired in 1932.
