Roland Kaspitz (born November 1, 1981 in Spittal an der Drau) is an Austrian ice hockey player who was participating at the 2011 IIHF World Championship as a member of the Austria men's national ice hockey team.
He has played in the Erste Bank Hockey League since 2000 with EC Villacher SV and HC TWK Innsbruck.
Kaspitz has played for Austria in every World Championship since 2001 except in 2003 and 2007.
