The Rochester Cardinals were a minor pro team in Rochester, New York. They played in the International Hockey League for one season only - 1935-36.
They were a farm team of the New York Americans. Their home rink was the Edgerton Park Arena.
The team was a falure because of small crowds at the arena. The team drew barely 1000 fans to the 3000 seat venue. It folded after one season.
They finished with a 15-29-3-33-104-137, good for fourth and last in the Eastern Division.
