Rob Holland (born September 10, 1957 in Montreal, Quebec) is a retired professional ice hockey player who played 44 games in the National Hockey League. He played 44 games with the Pittsburgh Penguins.

He played for the Montreal Juniors from 1975 to 1977 and was chosen 64th overall by the Montreal Canadiens in the 1977 NHL Amateur Draft. Holland then played two seasons with the Nova Scotia Voyageurs from 1977 to 1979. The Pittsburgh Penguins traded for him in 1979.

He played in 34 games for the Penguins in 1979-80 but only got into 10 games the following season. After that Holland played mostly in the Central Hockey League. Holland retired in 1987.
