Robert Charles 'Bob' Geale (born April 17, 1962) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey centre who played in one National Hockey League game for the Pittsburgh Penguins during the 1984–85 NHL season.
He played Tier II Junior "A" with the Sherwood Park Crusaders in 1978-79 and major junior with the Portland Winterhawks from 1979 to 1982. The Pittsburgh Penguins chose him 156th overall in the 1980 NHL Entry Draft.
Geale turned pro with the Baltimore Skipjacks in 1982-83. He played four seasons for them, laying a single game for the Penguins in 1984-85.
In 1986 he went to Germany to play for Heilbronner EC. He stayed there until his retirement in 1991.
