Eric John "Rick" Bennett (born July 24, 1967) is a retired American ice hockey left winger. He was drafted 54th overall by the Minnesota North Stars in the 1986 NHL Entry Draft. He played a total of 15 games in the National Hockey League for the New York Rangers in the 1990-91 and 1991-92 seasons, scoring a goal and an assist.
Bennett retired in 1999.
