René Georges Drolet (born November 13, 1944) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey centre who played in two National Hockey League (NHL) games, one with the Philadelphia Flyers and the other with the Detroit Red Wings.
He played junior hockey for the Montreal Junior Canadiens in 1963-64 and 1964-65. The parent Montreal Canadiens had a full roster so he was assigned to the Quebec Aces, where he played until they folded in 1971.
In 1971-72 the Philadelphia Flyers called him up for a game but otherwise he played for the Richmond Robins (who had used to be the Aces). In 1974 the Detroit Red Wings accquired him and called him up for one game. Again he played in the American Hockey League until he retired in 1978.
