Randy Rota (born August 16, 1950 in Creston, British Columbia) is a retired professional defenceman who played 212 games in the National Hockey League and 90 games in the World Hockey Association. He played for the Montreal Canadiens, Los Angeles Kings, Kansas City Scouts, Colorado Rockies, and Edmonton Oilers.
Rota played junior hockey for the Calgary Centennials and was drafted 3rd, 33rd overall, by the California Golden Seals in the 1970 NHL Amateur Draft.
He scored 38 goals and 39 assists in the NHL.
