
Norman Randall Legge (born December 16, 1945 in Newmarket, Ontario) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who played 12 games in the National Hockey League for the New York Rangers. He also played 192 games in the World Hockey Association with the Winnipeg Jets, Cleveland Crusaders, and San Diego Mariners.
He played junior hockey for the Guelph Royals and the Kitchener Rangers from 1962 to 1966. The New York Rangers owned his NHL rights, and he could not crack their lineup. Legge was stuck in the minors until 1972-73, when he played 12 games for the Rangers and scored two assists.
In 1974 he jumped to the Michigan Stags of the World Hockey Association (WHA). He then played in the WHA until 1976-77. In his WHA career he played in 192 games and scored 3 goals and 31 assists.
