Raffaele Sannitz (born 18 May 1983 in Lugano, Switzerland) is a Swiss ice hockey player with HC Lugano. He competed for Switzerland at the 2010 Winter Olympics and in the 2007 and 2008 World Championships.
He has played his entire career with Lugano except for a brief time with EHC Chur and the 2004-05 season. In that season Sannitz played in North America for the Syracuse Crunch and Dayton Bombers.
The Columbus Blue Jackets picked him 204th overall in the 2001 NHL Entry Draft.
