1996-97 program

The Quesnel Millionaires are a Junior "A" ice hockey team from Quesnel, British Columbia, Canada. They have been a part of the British Columbia Hockey League since the 1996-97 season, when they joined the league as an expansion member of the Interior Conference. The Millionaires had previously played in the Peace-Cariboo Junior Hockey League (1975-1991) and the Rocky Mountain Junior Hockey League (1991-1996). Their home rink, Quesnel Twin Arenas, is nicknamed "The Vault".

Notable Alumni

• Brock Hooten - Former Ottawa Senators draft pick.
• Gilbert Brule - 6th overall Draft Pick in 2005 by the Columbus Blue Jackets, played 48 games in 2002-03, scoring 32 goals and 25 assists for 57 points.
• Tyson Marsh - Former Toronto Maple Leafs Farmhand.
• Carey Price - 5th overall Draft Pick in 2005 by the Montreal Canadiens, played for a short time with club.
• Link Gaetz - Former NHL tough guy.
• Terry Ryan (ice hockey) - Former Montreal Canadiens First round draft pick.
• Jamie Leach - Stanley Cup winner with Pittsburgh Penguins and son of legendary Reggie Leach served as coach of the Millionaires in the early 2000's.
• Sheldon Souray - NHL Defenseman, drafted by the New Jersey Devils in 1994. He has played on the Montreal Canadians, New Jersey Devils & is now playing for the Edmonton Oilers.
