The Quebec Castors were a senior amateur team in Quebec City, Quebec. They played in the Eastern Canada Hockey Association during the entire life of the league (1928 to 1932).

They were formed when the Quebec Castors of the Canadian American Hockey League were sold to become the Newark Bulldogs. When the league folded in 1932 these Castors were admitted into the Canadian-American league and remained until 1935.

They lost the league final in 1929 but won the finals in 1930 and 1932.
