History
This league was formed by a merger of the Laurentian Junior League and the Quebec City Junior League in the 1960-61 season. It covered all the province except for the Montreal & Ottawa regions and the Sagueney River valley,
It ran through the 1968-69 season, after which it merged with the Metropolitan Montreal Junior League to form the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.
