The Prince Edward Island U18 AAA Female Hockey League formerly the Prince Edward Island Female Midget AAA Hockey League is a female Midget AAA Hockey league. The league plays under the sanction of Hockey PEI and Hockey Canada. Its' champion advances to the Esso Cup Atlantic Regional. Over the years the league has featured regionalized teams representing the various regions of the province.
