The Prince Edward Island U18 AAA Female Hockey League previously the Prince Edward Island Female Midget AAA Hockey League was a female Midget AAA Hockey league. The league played under the sanction of Hockey PEI and Hockey Canada. Its' champion advanced to the Esso Cup Atlantic Regional. Over the years the league has featured regionalized teams representing the various regions of the province.
The league would be merged into the Maritime Major Female Hockey League prior to the 2022-23 season. The MMFHL grew out of the Nova Scotia Female Midget AAA Hockey League combining with the New Brunswick Midget AAA Female Hockey League prior to the 2019-20 playing season.
