The Port Alberni Islanders were a men's senior hockey team from Port Alberni, British Columbia that played in the Northwest Hockey League (1975-1978) Pacific Coast Amateur Hockey League. The team won three straight PCAHL championships from 1980 to 1982 and appeared in the Coy Cup in each of those seasons losing in the final in the 1980 Coy Cup tournament.

The team was originally known as the Port Alberni Labatts.
