Phil Hill (born 23 May 1982) is a Welsh professional ice hockey player who played for the Cardiff Devils of the Elite Ice Hockey League (and previously the British National League and Ice Hockey Superleague) from 1998-2014. He later played for the Sheffield Steelers of the EIHL and the Telford Tigers and Swindon Wildcats of the English Premier Ice Hockey League. He was also a member of the Great Britain national ice hockey team.
