Philip Rudolph Bessler (also spelled Besler) (December 9, 1913 – February 13, 1995) was a professional hockey right winger who played 31 games for the Detroit Red Wings, Boston Bruins, and Chicago Blackhawks in the NHL in the 1930's. He scored a goal and 4 assists.
He was born in Melville, Saskatchewan.
Bessler retired in 1942.
