The Pennsylvania Blues were a member of the Federal Hockey League for part of the 2012-13 season. The team was founded on February 8, 2013 after the league had taken over the operations of the Williamsport Outlaws on January 21st.

The team was a "road team" as they had no home arena. They played four road games to complete the schedule of the Outlaws. The team's roster was made up of members of the former Outlaws franchise. The team finished with a 1-3-0 record and were folded by the league after the season.
