Paul Joseph Alphonse Gauthier (born March 6, 1915) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender who played in one National Hockey League game for the Montreal Canadiens during the 1937–38 NHL season.
He played junior hockey for the Winnipeg Monarchs from 1932 to 1935. After that Gauthier embarked on a fourteen year career mostly in the minor pros.
On January 13, 1938, he was lent to the Montreal Canadiens to replace the injured Wilf Cude. The Canadiens tied the Chicago Blackhawks 2-2.
