Paul Flanagan (born March 21, 1956 in Canton, New York) is a former ice hockey coach. He was the head coach of the St. Lawrence Saints women's ice hockey team from 1999 to 2008. He compiled a 230-83-24 record. He had previously served as the head coach of his hometown Canton High School boys hockey team from 1982 to 1988 and then as an assistant for the St. Lawrence Saints from 1988 until being named head coach in 1999. He would then serve as the head coach of the Syracuse Orange women's ice hockey team from 2008 to 2022 where he compiled a 434-308-73 record. He was named the NCAA Division I Women's Hockey coach of the year for the 2000-01 season. He would also serve as the assistant coach on the gold medal winning United States women's national ice hockey team at the 2008 Women's World Ice Hockey Championships. He would also serve as the general manager of the United States team at the 2023 Winter Universiade.

As a player he was a member of the Canton Kangaroos men's ice hockey men's ice hockey team in 1977-78 and then with the St. Lawrence Saints for the 1978-79 and 1979-80 seasons.
