Patrik Zdráhal (born on April 9, 1995 in Ostrava) is a Czech ice hockey left/right winger currently playing with the HC Litvínov of the Tipsport Extraliga.

Club career[]

Zdráhal began his junior career with the HC Vítkovice organisation. In 2012, he moved to North America to play with the Acadie-Bathurst Titan of the QMJHL. He played there the whole 2012-13 season and also began there the 2013-14 season but after 18 games played, he moved to the Rimouski Océanic of the QMJHL for the remainder of the season. He played 31 regular season games and 6 play-off games with the Océanic.

In 2014, Zdráhal returned to the HC Vítkovice organisation. In the 2014-15 season, Zdráhal played 14 regular season games and 7 play-off games with the HC Vítkovice junior team and also made his senior debut playing 12 regular season games and 2 play-off games with the HC Vítkovice Steel of the Tipsport Extraliga, 7 games on loan with the HC Havlíčkův Brod of the 1. Liga and 6 regular season games and 4 play-off games on loan with the AZ Havířov of the 1. Liga.

The 2015-16 season was Zdráhal's last junior season. He played 8 play-off games with the HC Vítkovice junior team and 39 regular season games and 3 relegation games with the HC Vítkovice Steel of the Tipsport Extraliga.

In the 2016-17 season, he played 39 regular season games and 5 play-off games with the HC Vítkovice (formerly HC Vítkovice Steel) of the Tipsport Extraliga and 5 games on loan with the HC Poruba of the 2. Liga.

He continued with the HC Vítkovice in the 2017-18 and 2018-19 seasons. In the 2018-19 season, he played 48 regular season games and 5 play-off games with the HC Vítkovice of the Tipsport Extraliga and also 2 games on loan with the HC Poruba now playing in the Chance Liga (formerly 1. Liga).

Zdráhal also began the 2019-20 season with the HC Vítkovice of the Tipsport Extraliga but after 23 games played, he was loaned to the HC Plzeň of the Tipsport Extraliga for the remainder of the season. He played 22 games with the HC Plzeň.

In 2020, Zdráhal signed a one-year contract with a one-year option with the HC Litvínov of the Tipsport Extraliga.

International career[]

Zdráhal played with the Czech National Team at the 2012 World U17 Hockey Challenge, at the 2013 World U18 Championship where he was named one of the top 3 players on the Czech team and at the 2014 and 2015 World Junior Championships being named one of the top 3 players on the Czech squad at the 2015 tournament.
