Patrick "Pat" Neaton (born May 21, 1971 in Redford, Michigan) was a professional ice hockey defenceman.
Neaton played for the University of Michigan from 1989 to 1993.
The Pittsburgh Penguins chose him 145th overall in the 1990 NHL Entry Draft. He played 9 games for the Penguins in 1993-94, scoring 1 goal and 1 assist.
He continued to play minor pro hockey until his retirement in 2002.
