Owen Fussey (born April 2, 1983 in Winnipeg, Manitoba) is a Canadian ice hockey forward who most recently played in the Washington Capitals organization.

Originally selected by the Capitals in the 2001 NHL Entry Draft, Fussey played on the 2005–06 Hershey Bears team that won the Calder Cup.

After playing for the Scottish club, Edinburgh Capitals, during the 2009-10 Elite League season, Fussey signed for English rivals and Elite League champions, Coventry Blaze, for the 2010-11 season.
