The Ottawa Primrose was the name of a senior and a junior team
Senior History[]
The senior team played in the Ottawa City Senior League in the 1906-07 and 1907-08 season.
Junior History[]
The junior team played in the Ottawa City Junior League in the 1930's. They won the league twice - in 1930-31 and 1937-38.
In the first of those years the Primrose made it all the way to the 1930-31 Memorial Cup Final which they lost.
The team was resurrected in 1962 for the new Ottawa-Hull & District League which was the predeccesor to the Central Junior A Hockey League. The Primrose won the league title in 1963-64 but lost the Ottawa Regional final.
