History[]
The Ottawa Commandos took over the Quebec Senior Hockey League franchise of the Ottawa Senators (senior) in 1942-43.
They immediately won the Allan Cup in 1942-43.
They continued on for two more seasons before the Ottawa Senators (senior) took over the franchise again after World War II.
