Onion Lake is a Cree Nation community located about 50 km north of Lloydminster, Alberta/Saskatchewan. The acutally incorporated community itself is located in Alberta and Saskatchewan as the Makaoo 120 Reserve. There is an additional section that is unicorporated known as the Seekaskootch Reserve.which is wholy in Saskatchewan.
