Ondřej Němec (born April 18, 1984) is a Czech professional ice hockey defenceman who currently plays for HC Severstal of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL).[1] He was selected by the Pittsburgh Penguins in the 2nd round (35th overall) of the 2002 NHL Entry Draft.
He played for the Czech Republic at the 2002 and 2003 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships as well as the 2009, 2010, and 2011 Men's World Ice Hockey Championships.
