The Ohio State Hockey League was a short lived league that existed from 1946-1948. The league featured teams mainly from Ohio, but also from Michigan, Muncie, Indiana, and Windsor, Ontario for the 1947-48 season.
In 1947-48, the Dearborn Barons finished last in the regular season, losing every game, including 30-2 to Akron in the finale. The Akron Stars defeated the Toledo Rovers in the semifinal and the Munsee Chiefs (from Muncie) 3 games to 2 in the final. Munsee beat Windsor S.W. & A. 7-2 in the semifinal.
