The Northern Manitoba Blizzard formerly the OCN Blizzard are a Canadian Junior "A" ice hockey team from The Pas, Manitoba. They are members of the Manitoba Junior Hockey League (MJHL), a part of the Canadian Junior Hockey League and Hockey Canada.

The Blizzard entered the MJHL as an expansion team for the 1996-97 season. The team was owned by the First Nation Opaskwayak Cree Nation. OCN is based on a territory beside The Pas.

In 2003, the Blizzard became only the second team in MJHL history to win five straight Turnbull Cups. Only the legendary Elmwood Millionaires had ever won 5 in a row.

On March 30, 2019 the MJHL approved a Motion to transfer the ownership of the OCN Blizzard from OCN to Salman Safdar and Usman Tahir.

For the 2023-24 season, the Blizzard moved to the Roy H Johnston Arena.

The team was sold during the 2024 off season and was renamed the Northern Manitoba Blizzard following a change in ownership.[1][2]
