Norm Locking (May 24, 1911 – May 15, 1995) was a National Hockey League left winger. Born in Owen Sound, Ontario, he played in 52 career games all of which were with the Chicago Black Hawks.

He played minor pro hockey for three seasons (1931 to 1934) before joining the Chicago Black Hawks in 1934-35 where he scored 7 points in 35 games. The next season he started with the Hawks but then was sent down to the London Tecumsehs.

Locking played in the American Hockey League (AHL) until injuries forced his retirement in 1944. In 1939-40 he led the AHL in goals.
