Norbert Gasser (Born May 18, 1957, in Bormio, Italy) is an Italian former hockey player.

Gasser played for HC Bolzano in the Italian Serie A from 1974 to 1988.

Internationally, he represented the Italy men's national ice hockey team at the C Pool of the World Championships in 1977 and 1979, and at the 1984 Olympics in Sarajevo.
