Nikola Brown-John (born April 14, 1992) is a women’s ice hockey player from British Columbia. Currently, she competes for the University of British Columbia Thunderbirds.
Playing career[]
Brown-John competed with the Pursuit Of Excellence hockey academy for three years, She also played one season with the Kelowna Rockets AAA hockey team. During the 2009-10 season, she won the provincial title in 2009-10 and qualified for the Western Canadian Championships. With the Under 18 Okanagan Team, Brown-John captured a gold medal at the 2008 British Columbia Winter Games. In addition, she competed for the Provincial Under 18 team, and competed at two Under 18 National Canadian Championships (2008-09 in Napanee, Ontario, and 2009-10 in Surrey, BC). She also participated in soccer for the Kamloops Blaze from 2004-2008.
