Nicole Connery (born January 27, 1994) is a women's ice hockey player that has competed for the Canadian National Women's Under 18 team.

Playing career[]

In 2004 and 2005, Connery won league championships with the Newmarket Redmen (Peewee AA boys). During 2009-10, she won a bronze medal with the Willowdale Red Wings at the OWHA provincials. She represented Team Ontario at the 2011 Canada Winter Games.[1] During the 2011–12 Canada women's national ice hockey team season, she was a member of the Canadian National Under 18 team that participated in a three game series vs. the USA in August 2011.[2] On August 19, 2011, Connery scored the game-winning goal on a breakaway with 1:15 left in a 3-2 triumph over the United States.[3] She was part of the gold medal winning Team Ontario Red squad at the 2011 Canadian National Women's Under-18 Championships[4] In the first game of the 2012 IIHF World Women's U18 Championship (contested on December 31, 2011), Nicole Connery accumulated three points in a 13-1 rout of Switzerland[5].
