The New England Pilgrims are the name of the sports teams of New England College of Henniker, New Hampshire.
They are a NCAA Division III team playing in the New England Hockey Conference, which was known as ECAC East until 2015.
Both hockey teams are located out of the Lee Clement Arena which opened in 1991. The arena is located on campus and also houses the John Stark Regional High School Hockey team and is the home of the Henniker Youth Hockey Association.
Men's Program[]
The men's program dates back to at least the 1971-72 season when the team played in the Division II conference of the ECAC. The team moved to the Division III ECAC East in 1985. The team has stayed in the division through the changeover to the New England Hockey Conference in 2015.
On February 13, 2024, the team was announced as joining the Little East Conference for the 2024-25 season.

Women's Program[]
The women's program played as an independent for the 2001-02 season and joined the ECAC East for the 2002-03 season.
On February 13, 2024, as part of the same announcement of the men's team joining the Little East Conference, the women's team would be added to the league membership to create a women's conference also starting in 2024-25.
