Athletic Center Exterior
The Murray Athletic Center Arena is an indoor arena located inside the Murray Athletic Center about 8 miles (13km) off the campus of Elmira College in Elmira, New York. The arena is claimed to be the world's first geodesic dome athletic complex, made up of three geocentric domes. The arena seats 3,200 is home to the men's and women's Elmira Soaring Eagles hockey teams. The men's team has called the arena home since 1973 and the women's team has played in the rink since the team started in 2001.
