Miroslav Zálešák (b. January 2nd 1980 in Skalika, Slovakia, Czechoslovakia) is a professional right winger who plays in the Czech Extraliga for HC Trinec.

Fourth round pick of the San Jose Sharks (104th overall) of the 1998 NHL Entry Draft, Zálešák made his professional debuts the previous year in the Slovak Extraliga with MHC Nitra. In 1998, he went to North America, joining the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League Drummondville Voltigeurs for two successful seasons, before joining the Kentucky Thoroughblades of the AHL in 2000.

Zálešák played 12 games in the National Hockey League over two seasons with the Sharks, scoring once and adding two assists. After the 2004-05 lock-out, Zálešák signed as a free agent with the Washington Capitals as the Sharks didn't bother making him a qualifying offer. The contract he signed with the Caps had a clause stating that Zálešák had the right to nullify his contract should Washington assign him to the AHL. The Caps sent him down to the Portland Pirates; Zálešák used his option and returned home to play with HK 36 Skalica. He however left the struggling team mid-season to join HC Chemopetrol Litvinov.
