The Minnesota-Ontario Junior Hockey League was contested for the 1967-68 season. It featured four teams from the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, and the Fort Frances Royals, who only played a partial schedule as they were also in the 1967-68 Thunder Bay Junior Playoffs.
The league put together an all-star team to compete in the 1968 USA Hockey Junior National Championship.
