Milan Mikulík[1] (born November 10, 1980) is a Czech professional ice hockey player. He played with BK Mladá Boleslav in the Czech Extraliga from 2011-2015. He also spent time with HC JME Znojemští Orli, HC Vítkovice Ridera, HC České Budějovice, HC Sparta Praha, HC Kladno, HC Energie Karlovy Vary, and HC Oceláři Třinec. In 2006-07, he appeared in 16 games for HC Dukla Trenčín of the Slovak Extraliga.[2]
